Did you know TeamSpeak is planning to eliminate NPL (Non-Profit License) registration? Instead, they are switching to a Sponsorship License. "A person who has owned an AAL or NPL cannot apply for a sponsorship license or NPL," so get ready to be upset.

Unfortunately with TeamSpeak's old and outdated licensing system, solutions like Discord simply make more sense for the everyday user, gamer, and programmer. Keep in mind TeamSpeak Systems was trying to pay us $200 to shutdown our entire website - cheap.

• 64 slots for $55
• 128 slots for $100 on two virtual servers
• 256 slots for $175 on two virtual servers

This new pricing model could hurt ATHPs (Authorized TeamSpeak Host Provider) because TeamSpeak will be directly earning all of these sales unless they expect their hosters to switch to all virtual servers which could be the case.

I am curious what TeamSpeak's plan is for LTS (long-term support)! Maybe we will see them go bankrupt in the next couple years or perhaps they will make more money and be more competitive with Discord? Only time will tell.

Where will the "cheap price" be bought from if the user wants to HOST THEIR OWN SERVER? TeamSpeak 3 has lacked this forever if I can recall, they want you to go through an ATHP. But this just makes no sense...?

They are on CEO number 4 in not many years. That looks very unstable and bad for their company!
