OVERVIEW
  • By using our forum (Noirth) you agree to always follow the Rules, no matter what.
  • By using our forum (Noirth) you also agree to the Terms of Service, Privacy Statement and Refund Policy*.

1. RULES
  • Languages other than English is strictly forbidden, use the Foreign Forums section. (Contact an adminstrator to request a new language.)
  • All external/ 3rd party download links must be provided together with a virus total link.
  • Publishing VIP Content is strictly forbidden. Doing so will result in a permanent ban.
  • Advertising on the forum is not allowed. Linking for a guide etc. is allowed.
  • Noirth is not responsible for any user-generated content and accounts. Content submitted express the views of their author only.
  • You agree to not use this service to submit or link to any content which is defamatory, abusive, hateful, threatening, spam or spam-like, likely to offend, contains DDoS instructions, contains adult or objectionable content, contains personal information of others, encourages unlawful activity, or otherwise violates any laws.
  • All content you submit or upload may be reviewed by staff members and may be sent to third-party verification services (including, but not limited to spam prevention services). Do not submit any content that you consider to be private or confidential.
  • We reserve the rights to remove or modify any content submitted for any reason without explanation. Requests for content to be removed or modified will be undertaken only at our discretion. We reserve the right to take action against any account at any time.
  • You are granting us with a non-exclusive, permanent, irrevocable, unlimited license to use, publish, or re-publish your Content in connection with this service. You retain copyright over the content.
  • Only upload files to our website directly using the resources and do not use third party websites. If you have to upload files >50MB, contact an administrator for approval. Allowed file extensions are .png .jpg .txt .pdf .zip .rar .tar .gz .bz2
  • When creating resources, always provide a Virustotal Link.
  • Any attempt of gathering personal information such as IPs will result in an immediate ban without a warning.
  • Account sharing and Multi-Accounting is strictly forbidden. All accounts involved will be banned no matter the status (e.g. VIP). Contact a moderator 1 day before using a friends machine to avoid unwanted warnings/bans.
  • When sharing your network with other users of the forum, please make sure to contact an administrator / moderator as soon as possible. Shared IPs are strictly forbidden. All accounts involved will be banned no matter the status (e.g. VIP).
  • Using referral/affiliate links is not allowed without the explicit permission of an Admin.
  • Selling and similar attempts are not allowed without the explicit permission of an Admin.
  • The first three posts are screend by a moderator.

2. USER TITLES
  • User Title Ladder based on amount of trophy points gained on the forum.

    • Member - (30 points)
    • Active Member - (65 points)
    • Well-Known Member - (100 points)
    • Advanced Member - (150 points)
    • Contributing Member - (200 points)
    • Elite Member - (250 points)
    • Noirth God - (300 points)

3. WHITELISTED DOMAINS FOR IMAGES
  • Posting any images on our site will require the domain to have an active SSL. That mean that the domain must start with httpS.

4. CONCLUSION
  • Disregarding any of the rules may cause your account to become restricted or even banned.
  • We reserve the right to keep your account inaccessible for as long as we see that you don't follow the rules.
  • These Rules may be changed at any time without notice.
  • If you do not agree with the Rules please do not use our Forum.
