Multicraft WHMCS php 7.1 addon 3.0 3.0-r11

As the current version of multicraft whmcs addon is using an older version of php and ioncube I was able to get a copy from multicraft with the latest php version and ioncube.

Please note that this addon build is probably an RC but it seems that it's stable on my testing installation.
