What do you mean? Like can you just try some fixes like unset python home
You can download phpMyAdmin and extract it to your virtual host folder

I uploaded the file to the server but still does not have a phpmyadmin connection

Just try Adminer, go search up PHP ADMINER! Let me know if that PHP file works for your needs.
