Can you transmit TS3AudioBot files that I can directly upload to the server and run? I would be glad if it can be open source.

You mean you want to upload files and then they go on a playlist - to play?

I need TS3Audiobot open source files. I can't find the edited version. I want to upload and run the files on the server

Like are you asking someone to reverse engineer the software or for the developer to publish the code..
