Anti idle manipulation

Hello, is there any way /script to manipulate you activity?
What i mean:

Im in a server and it gives 1 xp per minute while ur idle time < 1 hour.
Need a script so i can get xp even when im not using pc for more then 1 hour.

Just get some type of macro or auto mouse software. You could for example say: every X seconds, hold W for forward - then S to back up - lastly, move the mouse around maybe click.

Be careful though. What game is it, this behavior can be detected and banned to prevent bots or botting.

Im sorry forgot to mention. Thought i posted in TS3 category and thought will be clear. I need such script for TeamSpeack3. Anti AFK o call it how you want. The macro is a good idea, to press the 'toggle voice" button every x mins. but maybe there is a script already for client side.

I’m sure this could be easily made to auto switch channels every X minutes or something similar. If no one else has a solution I’ll look when I get home:
