That only works for projects written in C#

Dlls that writen in c++ cant be decompiled but you can try to reverse engineer using IDA and Hexrays

If you just need to change some text/string I suggest you use XVI32 (Hex Editor)

It appears that the developer deleted the project's repo. Which I'd say is a good sign he's closing the project's source.

Your best bet is to look around and hope someone has a clone of the source somewhere

I was talking about that specific project you asked. You can't decompile teamspeak plugins.
