Tutorial Ban all whitout admin power !

Hi guys, i found a little bug in T3 server.
how to:

set nickname as ".*[AaEeIiOoUu0123456789].*" whitout quotes. (You are bannable via IP only)
connect to server
insult an admin
when he ban you the server read ban as ban all Nickname who contain these characters .... =)

I don't see how this works, because the TeamSpeak bans the UID and IP not the name.
