Installation:

1. If you don't already have it, download and install Discord.
   
2. If you don't already have it, download and install BetterDiscord.
   
3. Save the AccountSwitcher.plugin.js under "%appdata%\BetterDiscord\plugins\AccountSwitcher.plugin.js".

To switch accounts just rightclick on the 'Friends' button:

keep on getting a 'Console not defined' error, and the BetterDiscord server isn't working.

Well, take a look at the date this was posted/last updated. I discontinued all plugins but everyone is free to revive them under their name

Nope, sorry. However it's still open source so you can revive it yourself.
