Blacklist problem on DNS

Hi, in these days i saw a graylist advert on my server, and after few days my teamspeak 3 server became blacklisted.

So i decided to buy a new low-budget VPS with new IP and from different Hosting provider.

When i connect with numeric IP (ex. 127.0.0.1) i can connect without problems, but when i connect to my server with ts3.domain.com the client say " This server is blacklisted. Refusing to connect. " , so i thought it was a cache problem so i voided the cache and after reinstalled teamspeak 3 client, but nothing... seem the new blacklisting system blacklist domain and phisical IP

How i can solve? i see there are many clients connected normally to my server after IP changing

you cannot fix this your domain is blacklisted
you need to change the domain

i'm already dealing with teamspeak staff.... now i run 32 slot No License... and my server is a non-profit community.. i didn't host any ts3 server
