Can't see any TS3 Badges, why?

Hi,
i use my myteamspeak.com account.
i set my TS3 Badges on Teamspeak and i can see all my three TS3 Badges.
But others can't see my Badges.
And i can't see too any Badges from the others.

I reset my Badges and set new.
I deinstall TS3 complet with delete all TS3 folders and reinstall complete new.

But nothing helps, same problem.
The Problem is beginng with the new TS3 update.

Is that a global problem or a local problem for me?
What can i do, if this is a local problem.

Hmm using 3.9.1 (Latest) version?
Because strange I was running 3.7.0 for more than 160 days on Teamspeak and nobody could see my badges, and I've just updated to 3.9.1 version, 1h ago, and now anyone can see my badges

In order to make badges to work properly you need two things!
1) Your client has to been at version 3.3.0 or newer.
2) You server has to be at version 3.8.0 or newer.

Ah ok, my Client is the newest, but the Server is an older version, thats why the badges don't work?!
