I'm guessing you can only do that with a TeaSpeak server.

You can only do it, if you have "premium license" ;-)

No. Its not like teamspeak you can have free unlimited slots iof you use TeaServer and TeaClient being compatible with Tea*Speak client is a plus but isnt intend to be used with it or emulate a Tea*Speak server. TeaSpeak isnt a TeamSpeak crack or anything like that both are diferent server software with diferent features and diferent client. Licence is only neded if you want to suport TeaSpeak devoloper, but isnt needed for anything, just learn about the project before you talk shit...
