are you in grade to code this? first of all who decide to donate will be listed as THP (TeamSpeak Hosting provider), who owns a legit license will be listed for free
2. I used frame cause i have already set the website on different domain

It's not possible to code a reliable license checker. You can only assume if a license is cracked or not.
