Create a channel when you click on a specific channel

Hi.

I want a bot that when you click on a specific channel, create for you a new channel and moved you into it.
For example imagine that we had 3 channels:

Channel for 3 clients.
Channel for 5 clients.
Channel for 10 clients.

So, when someone clicked on "Channel for 3 client" will create a new channel with a gap for 3 people and move him/her into that channel.
Also, it would be nice if I can arrange these created channels under a specific spacer, and when he or she leaved the channel it deletes itself immediately.

Is it possible to get this bot? because I saw it in a teamspeak server for someone and sadly I don't know that person to ask him this bot.
