Default Groups

I wanted to know how to edit the default groups from my server. Like, when I open up any server already start with the groups that I set standard

Those are called template groups. You should copy them before attempting any wild editing.

As @ehthe said, better create a copy before you edit them in case you mess them up!
Anyway,
Login with your default Admin Server Query Account in a Query Program like Yaqta, choose your server, go to permissions tab, find the Templates will have [T] aftr the name and edit them!
Else go to users tab, find yourself, add him to the Admin Server Query Group, and in teamspeak 3 client to at the top, permissions , server groups and edit them!
