Disconnected from server (convert error) [Server Error]

Hello,

I have a problem with my ts3 server. When I click the server settings on ts3 ,crash with error: Disconnected from server (convert error) .
Some friends tried the same thing, but same problem. When I want to edit the server settings or to see how players are connected to my server, when I press i got the error and crash.
