Dynamically get and set API_VERSION

Hey, some time before someone on this forum showed me a method to give Teamspeak the API version it needs rather then compiling the plugin for each API version. Sadly i don't remember who it was and how it worked

If someone could enlighten me that would be great, thanks ♥
