Error after upgradig server source

I get an eror after upgrading Teaspeak version TeaSpeak-1.2.10-beta-5 to TeaSpeak-1.2.12-beta

solved after reboot server

I got this problem too, i fixed it by chmod TeaSpeak Server folder, subfolders and files.

try removing the protocol text file and restart. that fixed for me
