I searched a little bit. Here's one Server running it

Yes, the 3.1 server requires minimum 3.1.6 (because of the new protocol). This planetteamspeak TS requires minimum 3.1.7 to connect.
You can try the IP: 84.200.62.248

Yes man, i do not pay for a voip, no way.. maybe i can pay for a vps/dedicated, but not for a voip!
Thinking maybe to start using Mumble. Open source and not bad.
