Got a Dedicated server from soyoustart OVH

I got the SYS-IP-1 Plan

I am running a Game Server Half Life 1 engine Counter Strike 1.6
Just running few server 1-4 with 32 x 12 x 24 x 18 slots only.
I have installed CentOS 7.0 64 bit
Now i want to upgrade the kernel so it will have 1000 FPS . To do this what steps i need to take?

I hear that having 1000 FPS the game server runs smooth and also i want kernel to be optimized.

Any info that can make this server best and improve gaming please share.

I may be uninformed but what does FPS and game server have in common ?
Or maybe this is just an elaborate bait

Frames Per Second. And this Half Life especially CS 1.6 is depends on Frames Per Seconds .. SO having like less then 100 FPS might cause choke/loss or even lag some times. so having 1000 hz will ensure smooth FPS that is required by this game engine.

Dude, what you want is to have a decent Tick Rate and a Tick Rate of 128 is good enough in CSGO atleast, but I dont know if there are any changes since Source but I dont really think so
and dont touch your Kernel if you dont know what you do

You can do setup of 1000HZ - for getting 1000FPS on the server example.

First of all you are wrong FPS does not effect anything i mean of course it must be higher than 150 but more than this doesnt matter if you want better and smooth gameserver just few steps
1.pick best location of for you this mean lower ping
2.server tickrate put higher number you can this is important
3.don't install all plugins or all content you can

You can doing own "custom kernel" with 1000HZ . which means: You can run "performance" quality of gameservers (Example)
