You don't need a license for this. Just start the server and you will have the free 32 slots.

I don't think there's a way to get that.
i have only seen the option to buy that license but it doesn't make sence from the moment you have it for free.

Basically i want free protocol with 32 slots to teaspeak to generate every month. Do you know how?

You didn't realize it or I didn't explain myself well, but what I want to try to get is to have a 32-slot license and convert to teaspeak and say no license
