I think nobody buys a Server from Link11 or Voxility just to run a Teamspeak3 Server on it. And i had bad experience with Living Bots.

Actually many big TSservers (ex. TS3Live) were hosted by Link11 before they switched to Livingbots.

These hosters are specialized to Teamspeak 3 Server DDoS protection.
I do not recommend voxility. First they can easily get killed with 20 Mpps traffic. Second when under mitigation you will see around 2 % packet loss.

Link 11 alone is shit and extremly pricely. You will need some additional filtering or it will leak so much traffic to your server.

Living Bots using first colo as prefilter and uses selfowned additional filtering. It works and seems to be pretty solid. I spoke to the admin and he knows his shit. If you get permanent high volume (around 50 gig RAW UDP) or high pps ddos attacks firstcolo will nullroute your ip.

KMS-Hosting is also solid as they upgraded to 250 Gbit. Months ago they nullroute if you receive 30 gig DNS. Didnt tested it with their upgrade. But they are using ACL while filtering and you will loose users from your teamspeak server.

I have Voxility premium traffic on my server, and i told u one thing, i can ddos a ovh game more easily than my server. If you want you can try ddos my server.

I was checking around on Voxility's site. Love the price of 42U full rack - it is just 390 euro/month in Bucharest and comes with mad redundant power supply of 24kW. That's what 1/4 rack costs in OVH. And no remote hands charges. Impressive amount of peerings, too.

I also love how they will taylor a dedicated server exactly up to your needs. Lots of choices at great prices there (rent or buy).

And how about Staminus (via Intreppid)?
Staminus leaking a lot of attack types and you got instantly null routed on 20-25 Gbit. If you are only getting little attacks you should be fine but since 2015 their 20 gbit protection is not enough. Hopefully they upgrade.

Surprised no-one is suggesting hosteam.pl . 0 Packetloss when under attack. Has mitigated ~40Gbit attacks for us.

Which plan? I used to try the basic one in the past and there were serious issues with CPU.

Currently I'm using KVM Red (cheapest one in KVM lineup) cause I can afford it. Don't know how you can run into CPU issues with teamspeak. This is my load graph with 400-500 users at peak times. (One spike is when I ran some other stuff.)

What kind of issues did you run into?

So wait till you start getting CPU spikes up to 100% just like me causing lags and packet loss. They are overselling alot and for now you might be just lucky to be on a fresh node. Also there are serious routing issues in case of some ISPs peering with Telia and it's not just me who is saying so.

I used them some time ago and also saw that problem. Also their telia uplinks are overloaded because of ddos attacks.

Have to agree on the Telia part. But most servers on gametracker top 30 still use them. Kinda hard to find their level of filtering on some other host. Cause of the telia issue trying to look for some other host, but it's hard to find someone solid. Tried KMS-hosting. One flood and 15 people out of 40 got kicked and couldn't rejoin for a while. Tried link11 host. No loss under flood but ,can't say much else cause I didn't see how much traffic was leaked to the server.

What kind of users will i lose? How can i see that if i will lose connecten in case of a attack or not?
Simply activate permanent mitigation and all users which loose the connection will loose it when the filters kick in.
