How Can I Do a Soundpack Installer?

How can I do soundpack installer having sound?
I must create an exe installer of my private soundpack

You can make exe that copies files to TeamSpeak folder. (user would specify where is TS located or you can try getting if from registry). I don't know if you can copy just folder or you have to copy it zipped and then unzip via unzipping script.
For ex: user's destination: D:\Teamspeak3, so you would copy it in D:\Teamspeak3\sound
