How can I see users IPs in cracked server without serveradmin?

Hello! My friend is tell me, he can see users IPs in cracked servers. How would I be able to see user's IP? (Without admin permissions.)

Pheraps he have special access or use an ip grabber

This is not possible. Even with a cracked server (wich does not change any permissions -> good job @TeamSpeak )
