How to add bots

Howdy,
How to make some TS sites have many bots on them?
I mean I saw a friend, exactly *Domains Removed* (I hope not take the advertisement), keeps the TS 50+ bot who see IPs from Russia, Serbia, etc!
I asked him how he had and told me that jab bots!
But he did not want to say and how method!
I'm willing to pay if I tell tip!

So, he has inactive teamspeak clients on the server that use up slots? I don't see any advantage in that but get a server with gui, install TeamSpeak, create many identities and connect to the server with all of them.
That would be one way

Well if you do multiple identities will have the same IP like me! him, IPs are different! mia said that puts the VPS, but do not know how ...
