Most likely graylisted IP address. So change your IP address and it should solve your problem. Or before you do that try contacting TeamSpeak and tell them that you want it to be removed.

The reply above is literally true. I just want to say more about it. If you use domain name to connect to your server like ts3.yourdomain.com, please do not use it in your new ip address, maybe, your domain name has been added to graylist by TeamSpeak3 which means your new ip address may be automatically added to the gray list.

If TeamSpeak has already added your domain name to their graylist, whenever you add a sub-domain like ts3.yourdomain.com to your new ip address, TeamSpeak will add your new ip to their graylist automatically. That's why, be sure if your domain name is in their graylist or not.
