Thats not possible with framework, but it can be made with database. But you will need to know whats the value of the token so when user redeems token on web you need to know value of token so script can assign specific perm.
Edit: I was in hurry while writing this so I made mistake. This can be made with framework but I didnt use createToken function at all and Im not sure if you can see token value (perm).

humm i think you can do it with framwork logic:
user give privilegekey -> check if existe and get groupe -> assigne group and delete key from database
all this can be done with ts3 php framwork

Try that if that's what you're looking for.
This doesnt work with "Teamspeak Privilege Keys" but you can Create own Keys for example your teamspeak server users and they can redeem it on the page
