@Brooke He isnt able to use the VIP Section since he isnt VIP.

since i'm not using CentOS i am only guessing.
I'm pretty sure that you need to install "GLIBCXX_3.4.15" or update it.
You could try:
"sudo make install" and then
"gcc/trunk/x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu/libstdc++-v3/src/.libs/libstdc++.so.6.0.15"
