Hello, I have found the thing you are looking for first you need to have https://www.sinusbot.com/ (A music bot) then you need to download and put this into its script folder https://forum.sinusbot.com/resources/jail.53/ then set it up on the control panel, make sure the bot has permission on your teamspeak!

I've been looking around and can't find any php versions of this and you would also have to message a query client to use that which is more difficult, I would recommend using that bot because you can do a lot more with it! But that's just my opinion. What server did you find this bot on?

As far as I know there's also a script like that but it's called something like "Sticky" from JTS3ServerMod.
