invalid reply from the server

Hello,
I have a problem with every php script that is trying to connect to my server.
The error that is getting returned is

Error message: invalid reply from the server
Error code: 0

Yeah i was running some 2014 version on myfreets and kept getting errors, upgraded to something from like 3 months ago release date and been pretty darn good.

I think i found the solution... my query ip is not whitelisted
Do i need to restart server to apply new ip in query whitelist?

Query whitelists update automatically every like 10 minutes.

Ok i updated the php framework and the problem still remains (only when i try to connect via external ip). Dunno what causes it.. Its really weird...
