Well here are my experiences:
- the got a really impressive network. All vps servers are connected to a 10 gbit port. And you will get between 2 and 5 gbit down and up.
- their uptime is good. Never got problems with that. 2 weeks ago some technical stuff removed the false fiber cabel but it got up 2 mins later.
- their ddos protection is pretty solid. They upgraded to 250 gbit some weeks ago. It filter all common attacks but they are using ACL for their filtering. You will loose some users on permanent mitigation or when the filter kicks in. But the filters only need 3s to kick in its pretty fast.
- their support answering within 12 hours or earlier.
