[LUA] NoX Module (Anti Channel/Server-Kick + Anti Channel/Server Ban)

1. of all... anti ban wont work & when i get kicked out of channel, it says wrong channel password but its still the same...

The anti-ban feature didn't work when I tried setting it up.

NoX will get a big overhaul and the LUA version is not supported anymore. Be patient
