LUA Plugin.

On Teamspeak OLD versions, yes i can find Plugins > LUA plugin and i can find LUA plugin, but now on 3.1.6 i cannot find, the LUA Plugin files, i don't know why, but when i installed my teamspeak and go in teamspeak folder, i dont have plugins server i need install soundbourd, and now i can find my Plugins on Teamspeak files, but not LUA plugin where is the problem?

Have you got install the plugin "Lua Plugin" ?
What's you operating system ?
