message notification all admins ts3server

Actually i connected to a server when in changed the channel support o bot say:
i notificate to all admin, please wait in this channel. Admin: name1, name2, name3..

the bot say all admin connected with their names

I would like have this in my ts3server.

actually i have this on my ts3server JTS3ServerMod_6.3.1_2. I just use for welcome message. I dont know if i can use this for notifcate admin when a user is changed to a channel support

I did not use jts3 for quite some time so I don't know what's necessary to get this working. Just take a look at the link I posted it should explain everything. I'm gonna take a look at it tomorrow in the case nobody else helped you.

Can you help me please. I cant install the channel notification
