I need teamspeak panel like hosting
for selling teamspeak hosting and i want to dedicate special ports for teamspeak resellers , like ports from : 25 to 35 to one reseller client account.
and reseller manage his servers like tokens,set groups, backups and ...

You can use WHMCS Nulled with TS3 WHMCS Module, again Nulled...
Im using it for my users :v
It does have great features like instant server setup, HTML viewer, taking snapshots, modifying ban list, creating and checking privilege keys, ...

Its not hard to do that. Just read the ts3admin.class docs. If you know some basics of how php & html + mysql works, you should do it easy

Its easy except from the login page (for that you can search on github).

Well you can manage to paste some insecure shit but I doubt a beginner will be able to create something advanced. And security should be an important thing especially if money is involved.
