OffTopic Threads not appearing on the "New Posts" section

If you click on the NewPosts button, Threads in the OffTopic forum do not appear. Why is that so?
In order to get updates on that forum, You have to manually subscribe to it

Other users complained because they did see it in the "new posts" - so we removed it.
