Organize Icons

Is there any way to organize icons (the dialog that pops up when selecting one for server/channel-group)?

Not really. You just see them the way they are.
Probably you can by changing the random number an icon gets when is added to the server (/teamspeak_directory/files/virtual_server_1/icons/)
