Plugin Freezing

Hello!

Is there any efficient way in C++ to make things prepare in background
so whole plugin doesn't freeze the whole teamspeak app?

I've been searching google for a way...But i didn't find anything useful

Or you just doing to code wrong thats why TeamSpeak freezes.
