I am pretty sure that these users have unsupported characters and that's the reason you see these!
It's something like the invisible name but not the same!
(That's of course what i think)

It's Arabic??? Then i don't know. Teamspeak System supports almost all languages - yes including Arabic!
That means these users names are not in Arabic!
The only solution is to inform them about changing their teamspeak names!
