Solved Problem with ts3 server

Hello, i'm kinda new about linux vps etc. I want to host my ts3 server on vps, i have already vps but i have little problem, i can't unpack teamspeak3-server_linux_amd64-3.0.13.3.tar.bz2.
I use this command: tar zxvf teamspeak3-server_linux_amd64-3.0.13.3.tar.bz2 and i got this error :
gzip: stdin: not in gzip format
tar: Child returned status 1
tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now
What can i do?

And another problem... I unpacked that but i dont know where it is :/ I wrote cd teamspeak3-server_linux-amd64 but this happen:
-bash: cd: teamspeak3-server_linux-amd64: No such file or directory
