If you are in a support role, training employees to use PSR may help in solving problems. Someone could recreate errors using this and send them to you. Especially handy for quality checking and even security, forensics comes to mind.
Windows Key + R, "psr", ENTER.
Usage is self-explanatory. You could click to start recording, then stop the recording, and you should be able to save and send what you clicked or did.
Let me know if you use PSR and what you use it for.
This would be more efficient as opposed to using the Windows Snipping Tool or using print screen several times.
