I'm not sure if there is a video explaining the installation but you should be able to understand it by yourself as soon as you browse through RBMod forums.

There is a file inside the zip file that tell you the whole installation proccess!

INSTALLATION
- Download and unzip the contents to a server / directory of your choice.
- Open rbm_settings.cf and change the first few options for your server setup.
- Copy the contents of /rbm_icons/* to your TS3 virtual server.
'.../teamspeak/files/virtualserver_1/internal/icons' for example.
Please go through the settings.cf features and select the corresponding icon pack or
leave the entire icon pack off your virtual server if disabling a particular feature.
- Make sure rbmod.pl is set to 744 (executable) and run #: ./rbmod.pl

You should have created your own thread... But try giving it a permission to write (changing chmod or chown)

I have re-uploaded it for you, however this software is farely outdated and really shouldnt be used anymore except you know exactly what you're doing. - Just my thoughts..
