2. If you don't find a similar problem to yours there create a new thread here.
3. If your post does not get approved in 7 days or if you don't get any answer in 14 days; post your problem here.

EDIT: Also you have to provide a valid link to your thread on teamspeak forums or a screenshot so we can see that you tried to get support.
