Rejected [Request] Forum Chat

Hello guys,
It'd be cool to add a Forum Chat in the forum's home, So that users could simply chat and help each other there, instead of having to create a new thread and wait for someone to reply.
And why not, adding some emoticons or memes to make the whole thing a bit more fun.

Tell me what you think about it

We have a TeamSpeak server for voice chatting and text/typing chat. I do not want to add additional stress on the web server by adding a web chat. That would be a pain in the ass for requests also. It would likely result in many accidental fail2ban banned users. Perhaps I could link to the TeamSpeak server in the menu.

I agree webchat don't do shoutbox use irc as its better
