Hello,

I would like to open a SA-MP community . I need SA-MP scripter and some help to setup a website and also if he can partner with me for a server.

we can get aruba cloud and if we get success we can move to SYS dedicated Game Server.

Also tell me which script is best for having many player base. example LS CNR or CZ CNR etc

Anyone interested please comment .

SAMP has many limitations so I would recommend you MTA.
For game scripter I could tell you about zbsamp.com . Here you can find everything but its on balcan language.

I used to be a PAWN coder and I'm very familiar with SA-MP, I also had a huge Roleplay server for my community but I didn't have time to fix bugs and improve it. I'd suggest going with a RolePlay server, I can get you so many players from my community and we can use NGRP gamemode.

o_0 may be a bug. it has lang filter or some back end issue
