Are you using debian 8 minimal? It doesn't look like that. You can minimize your ressource consumption when running minimal os versions.

You can run a vps with teamspeak installed on 56 MB RAM with 300 users.

first optimisation you could do is to run your services not as root o_O

especially teamspeak

The 2 sinusbot instances are hungry for cpu and mem

EDIT: Doesnt look like it in this case, strange
EDIT 2: Never run teamspeak server as root?

Is everything okay with your VPS. Do not worry. Its average load is less than 1. His memory is high because the sinusbot consumes a lot of cache memory. You do not need to upgrade.

Yeah at the moment with only 2 TS3 server instances i'm just OK. But what if i host more? like 10 or more?

You should not do this since it has access to your complete OS and if there is a Exploit in the Category Remote File Execution/Remote File Access then it could be used to take control over your whole Server but since a single user wont have write access to critical OS data then you should be fine

I have my Sinusbots running on 512 MB VPS Servers and no performance problems so far
