Rejected Show user badges in the popupcard

Could you please edit the user popup cards (image below) to show the badges of the user (like VIP, etc...) and not only if its a contibuting member.

P.S. why is https://r4p3.net/threads/forum-shoutbox.459/ still "Rejected" even though it's implemented?
Also merge https://r4p3.net/threads/idea-shoutbox.1143/ into it xD

Cause it was added WAY after this thread (Look at the date), and at that time it got rejected?

wouldn't it be smarter to show the actual status of the suggestion instead of the status back in 2013 or smth?

The fact that we have a shoutbox now doesn't mean that we agreed with it in 2015, and to keep records of our old decisions, it would be better that it stays like that. I don't see your suggestion being smarter tough, mind to explain what i'm missing?
