Slot problem with NPL license.

Hey. I have a big problem with a legal TS3 NPL license. Now i have full registered NPL license but if I set over 300, the server stops. The licensed paper provides 512 slots but over 300 overrides the server..
f I asked for customer service then I was directed only to forums and I did not get there too much. I enclose a log.

You got 10 virtualservers...

Use, for example, YaTQA and try to create a second virtualserver with eg 200 slots.
So that the sum of two virtaulservers was greater than 300 slots

Hey, thank you for you reply .. i know that i have 10 maximum virtual server but in vain creating another teamspeak server 200 or 10 slots because elapse 30 minute and shutdown the main and the secondary server and i dont know why. If the main 300 of them eg 250 and so creating another server eg 50 slot.. its okay not problem
because together 300. btw yea 300 its great but there is something wrong,

Any chances you have shared your lisence with a friend?
Or in a worse case, your e-mail has been "hacked"?

The first one looks more reasonable. You should send a ticket to the support and ask some info, such us, if they can find any further access from your lisence key in any other ip etc.

Thanks for the help. The problem solved. There was indeed a license in some unauthorized hands. TS3 deactivated the license and was re-generated for me. The server that they used was shut down. I think this post closable.
