after with config :

Min 9990
Max 10020

Error : No port free available

I've had this problem was only solved when I asked for my provider where is my hosted whmcs release the ip of my vps

I say " if you have doors close on vps, open theres."

or go to yatqa and see if you dont have port 9990 to 10020 in use.

I don't know wich version of WHMCS you are using...
But i know that the module doesn't work with WHMCS 7 and PHP7.
It needs to be encoded for PHP7.
