Teamspeak about npl

Is there an NPL file for version 3.3.0? There is a TeamSpeak provider and more than 50 TeamSpeak servers are open. The license type is NPL. Do not create Max 4 TeamSpeak servers in NPL? the NPL did not change. If you did have a NPL before, it is also valid now.

Just looked it up - seems like the NPL as I knew it doesn't exist any longer. Instead its split into different ones:

ye but with teaspeak you can have unlimited servers and if you got premium you can make it like teamspeak

that means your community, or whatever it is, doesn't meet the requirements to get a npl.
which is very easy btw to get it.

Can someone gives their email address to request a licence? Since it's closed I don't have it anymore.
I could try to ask for a renewale I have a 2014 NPL licence that they gave me before.
